Lesmoir, Aberdeenshire, where it occurred on moss growing on the bark of Pyrus Aucuparia and also on the bark itself.” In BM there is one box ( BM 3025 ) with three fragments of material, each from a different place and date. We designate the fragment of the left bottom corner, (Lesmoir, 11.11, W. Cran) as the lectotype. The other fragments are from dates later than the publication. Illustrations and notes are in notebook XXIX: 126–127 .
