Host plants. Salicaceae : Salix sp. , S. cinerea ( Disque 1908; Bradley et al. 1979; Jaros & Spitzer 2002).
Distribution. China (Gansu, Heilongjiang, Qinghai), Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Europe.
Remarks. Liu & Li (2002) recorded this species from QTP (Xining, Qinghai Province).
