Euchromia ericetana Humphreys & Westwood, 1845: 150 . Type locality: United Kingdom.
Host plants. Asteraceae : Picris hieracioides ; Lamiaceae : Mentha arvensis , M. canadensis , Stachys palustris , S. sylvatica ( Liu & Bai 1977; Bradley et al. 1979; Wang et al. 2006; Jaros & Spitzer 2002).
Distribution. China (Heilongjiang, Qinghai, Xinjiang), Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Asia Minor, Northern and Central Europe.
Remarks. Liu & Li (2002) recorded this species from QTP (Mengda County and Xining, Qinghai Province).
