D e s c r i p t i o n. Leaf long-petiolate, petiole straight, 7 mm long; lamina elliptic, l × w = 39 × 16 mm, ratio l/w = 2.4, base cuneate, apex rounded, at tip slightly emarginate; margin entire; midvein straight; secondaries eucamptodromous, widely spaced, originating at moderately steep angles; no intersecondaries; tertiaries hardly visible, probably not prominent.

Differing from “ Celastrus europaea and Dicotylophyllum sp. B see those taxa.
