Type locality. México, Guerrero, Amula. Note: The modern name of Amula is Almolonga.
Exemplars examined. Jalisco: Chamela, 25/X/2001, coll. J.L. Castelo, 1 ex. Puebla: Tierra Amarilla near Zapotitlán, 12/III/1999, coll. E. González, 1 ex. San Luis Potosí: Ciudad Valles-Río Verde Highway, 10/III/2000, 2 exs.
Geographical distribution. Belize (potential), México and southwestern USA ( Shelley 2002; Shelley and Chagas 2004).
Distribution in México. Baja California Sur, Coahuila, Colima, Durango, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Morelos, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, and Tamaulipas ( Shelley 2002; Shelley and Chagas 2004).
