TX: Lubbock County, 0.5 km NE of Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport; 12 June 2019; E. Hildebrandt (ellen5). Host: Schizocosa mccooki , adult or subadult female. A series of photos shows the wasp examining the paralyzed wolf spider and it laid on the ground, dorsal side upward, before grasping its chelicera with her mandibles and pulling it backwards on the ground ( Hildebrandt 2019).
