Diagnosis. Female ( Fig. 63 ). Head 1.4× wider than high (from the vertex to the base of the clypeus) in frontal view ( Fig. 65 ); anterior margin of clypeus ( Fig. 65 ) straight; genal bridge absent; OOD: POD = 1.1; A12: A11 = 1.25–1.5; pronotum dark brown to black, and width of posterior margin 1.8× length of anterior to posterior margin; dorsum of propodeum laterally and upper portion of side with dense striae, and medially largely smooth; each of T1–T5 ( Fig. 68 ) subapically with a row of punctures and medially absent forming incomplete groove; T2–T4 ( Fig. 68 ) laterally with light spots, the distance between two lateral spots more than the length of the spot.

Male ( Fig. 64 ). Clypeus wholly with sparse punctures; vertex with dense to moderate punctures, POD 1.1× OOD; pronotal anterior carina present and medially minutely absent, dorsum of pronotum ( Fig. 67 ) sparsely punctate; lateral side of pronotum ( Fig. 66 ) ventrally striate; ventral surface of mid femur smooth, without punctures nor setae; each of T1–T6 except base yellow; T3–T5 ( Fig. 69 ) basally with sparse punctures, apically impunctate and smooth; T7 ( Fig. 70 ) only basally with a few sparse and shallow punctures, apex with deep notch, and tipped lobes narrowly rounded.

Distribution. China (Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia); Mongolia; Turkey; Turkmenistan; Kazakhstan; Pakistan.
