According to Nuvoloni et al. (2015a), dorsal shield of female mostly ornamented with elements of irregular shapes and striate along anterolateral margin and immediately anteriad Z4 and S4, 313 (300–332) long and 185 (175–200) wide. Setal lengths: j1 17 (13–19), j3 20 (20–21), j4 12 (11–14), j5 14 (13–15), j6 14 (13–15), J2 18 (17–20), J5 11 (10–13), z2 14 (12–15), z4 17 (15–18), z5 14 (13–16), Z1 19 (16–21), Z4 35 (32–37), Z5 64 (58–68), s4 24 (22–26), S2 23 (22–25), S4 18 (15–20), S5 14 (12–15), r3 13 (11–14) and R1 15 (13–16). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 63 (60–67), st2–st2 64 (60–70), st5–st5 63 (60–67). Ventrianal shield 106 (100–113) long, 89 (85–95) wide at level of Zv2 and 81 (80–84) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx funnel-shaped, 17 (12–20) long; atrium slightly elongate, prominent. Fixed cheliceral digit 28 (25–30) long, with 8–9 teeth; movable digit 26 (24–29) long, with four teeth. Macrosetae on all legs, knobbed; SgeI 20 (17–22), SgeII 16 (15–17), SgeIII 23 (20–25), StiIII 15 (14–17), SgeIV 33 (30–35), StiIV 12 (12–20) and StIV 42 (37–45) .

Distribution in Brazil. Bahia ( Nuvoloni et al., 2015a).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil and known only from the type specimens.
