Specimen measured. RS (1).

Dorsal shield of female smooth, 435 long and 305 wide. Setal lengths: j1 40, j3 32, j4 5, j5 5, j6 8, J2 7, J5 11, z2 6, z4 7, z5 5, Z1 8, Z4 222, Z5 434, s4 212, S2 10, S4 9, S5 10, r3 13 and R1 7. Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 77, st2–st2 83, st5–st5 84. Ventrianal shield 136 long, 100 wide at level of Zv2 and 106 wide at anus level. Spermathecal calyx cup-shaped, 19 long; atrium nodular. Fixed cheliceral digit 41 long, with 11 teeth; movable digit 38 long, with three teeth. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 71, SgeII 51, SgeIII 97, SgeIV 210, StiIII 78, StiIV 175 and StIV 130 .

Distribution in Brazil. Paraná ( Araujo et al., 2022a) and Rio Grande do Sul ( Ferla & Silva, 2009; Ferla et al., 2011; Klock et al., 2011; Diehl et al., 2012; Moura et al., 2013; Johann et al., 2014; Rocha et al., 2015).

Distribution elsewhere. Azores.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil. The measurements of the specimen examined are similar to the original description.
