Distribution in Brazil. Roraima (Gondim Jr. et al., 2012).
Distribution elsewhere. Guadeloupe, Martinique and Trinidad.
Remarks. The only report from Brazil was considered species affinis P. tenax and, therefore, further analysis is required to confirm the presence of this species in the country. Given the uncertain identification, this species was not included in the key later provided in this publication.
