Distribution in Iran. Iran (no locality indicated) ( Petrov 2013)
General distribution. Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia (Daghestan), Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
Biology. The species breeds in Eleagnus (Elaeagnaceae) . The biology and gallery system is described by Michalski (1973) and Kadyrov (1989).
