Graphis persimilis Vainio (1909: 125) .

Literature: Wolseley et al. (2002) as Phaeographina persimilis = Phaeographis hypoglauca (Kremp.) Zahlbruckner (1923: 374) , ( Pitakpong et al. 2015).

Graphis persimilis must be removed from the Thai checklist of Graphis species. It is already inserted under Phaeographis hypoglauca .

Remarks:— Vainio (1909) did not describe a new species, but he described Graphis schmidtii subsp. persimilis Vain. The error was first made by Zahlbruckner (1923: 442), when he used this name as basionym for the transfer to Phaeographina .
