Diagnosis. Palpus yellow except for black tip. Wing with a brown medial spot present between r-m and apical spot on R4+5 ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 13 – 24 ), brown preapical or apical spot on R2+3 confluent or isolated with medial spot on R4+5; brown apical spot on R4+5 and M1 confluent or isolated; brown cloud or stripe-like spot on r-m and dm-cu; a distinctive brown apical spot at tip of Sc and R1, confluent or separated from brown spot on r-m. Abdomen yellow to yellowish brown, male tergites 3–6 or 5–6 each with a brown medial spot or stripe; hypandrium H-shaped, surstylus with a ventral process, originated from ventroapical corner of epandrium; postgonite shorter than aedeagus (except for the only female known in the H. This group is similar to the H. (H.) singularis group, but in H. (H.) singularis group, wing has two brown spots between r-m and apical spot on R4+5. It is also similar to the H. (H.) striatifrons group, but in H. (H.) striatifrons group, wing has larger brown spots and a small brown spot is present on the crossed base of R2+3 and R4+5.
