Homoneura (Homoneura) trunciformis Shi & Yang, 2009a: 464 View in CoL . syn. nov. Type locality: China (Hainan). Holotype male in CAUC.
Diagnosis. Frons with narrow yellow anterior margin, or a yellow T-shaped anteriorly marginal spot, or a yellow to orange quadrate spot on anterior 1/2 between brownish black base of or rows. Parafacial and gena yellow to brownish yellow, with silvery white pruinosity. Antenna yellow or yellowish brown except 1st flagellomere blackish brown on apical 1/3–1/2. Scutellum yellow on apical 1/3–1/2. Legs yellow except for mid and hind femora on basal 3/4–2/3 black. Fore femur with 2 strong pv (occasinally another weak one present), ctenidium with 6–10 short setae (male 6–8, female 8–10). Mid femur with 4 a (occasionally male with 3 a and female with 5 a); mid tibia with 2 strong apv. Male genitalia (see Sasakawa, 1998: fig. 9; Shi & Yang, 2009: figs 5–6): surstylus claviform with setulae, curved apically in posterior view; pregonite fused with hypandrium, shape of tip variable, truncate or slightly contorted or blunt triangular; postgonite broad triangular, acute apically, a very thin gap present between postgonite and aedeagal lateral sclerite in lateral view; aedeagus broad, with a pair of kidney-shaped lateral sclerites, membranous section wrapped by a pair of lateral sclerites, or split out of lateral sclerites with a pair of indistinct pale brown acute or blunt triangular lateral processes
