Biogeographic province: Veracruzan. Yucatan Peninsula.
Habitat: Rotten wood, humus and vegetable waste. Soil. Litter in a cave. Leaf litter and soil of medium sub evergreen forest, lowland forest, mangrove and halophyte vegetation.
