Records in Mexico: Hidalgo, Mexico City, State of Mexico and Quintana Roo.

Biogeographic province: Transmexican Volcanic Belt. Yucatan Peninsula.

Habitat: Tree canopy. Leaf litter and soil of medium sub evergreen forest, lowland forest, mangrove and halophyte vegetation. Low flooded rainforest.
