Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan, Tehran ( Hoberlandt 1997), Iran (no locality cited) ( Wagner 1964; Derjanschi & Péricart 2005; Rider 2006).
General distribution. Euro-Siberian except Great Britain and Scandinavia, mentioned in the Maghreb and Near East.
Host plants. On Verbena sp. ( Verbenaceae ) and Teucrium sp. ( Lamiaceae ) ( Dusoulier & Lupoli 2006).
