Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan ( Sadeghi et al. 2009), Guilan ( Linnavuori 2008), Khorasan ( Modarres Awal 1996a, 1997b), Mazandaran (Sakenin et al. 2008), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).
General distribution. Caucasian Region: southern Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Turkey ( Anatolia).
Host plants. Under Astragalus sp. ( Fabaceae ) ( Modarres Awal 1996a), milk vetch ( Modarres Awal 1997b), Euphorbia pulcherrima , Ricinus communis (both Euphorbiaceae ) (Sakenin et al. 2008).
