Description of Indian specimens (Male & Female): All identifiable key characters of E. (O.) concinnus are almost similar to the descriptions given by earlier workers. Additional observations to the existing characters include: entire body yellowish, the postero-lateral margins of 8 th tergite with a projection and the antero-lateral thickened margin of 9 th tergite with 3 nodule-like structures (Vasanth, 1993). The male genitalia is with a short epiphallus, the dorsal side deeply notched or bifid with a rounded apical area. Epiphallus has two dorso-lateral spinulose lobes. Phallus with a well developed ramus, which is closely attached to epiphallus with transparent membranous parts, basal part of ramus significantly wider than the apices, length of ramus reaching nearly half of semitubus. Ventral side of epiphallus having transparent paired endoparameral apodemes, semitubus and rachis (= guiding rod) short. The rachis reaches up to almost middle of epiphallus with an acute apex. Spermatophore is brown, almost pearshaped, with one side flat, with a thin long tube. Ovipositor is S-shaped, slightly longer than hind femur, as well as hind tibiae and almost equal to body length; base of ovipositor (1/3 rd) is light brown, while the apical side is dark brown in colour.

Distribution: Indian subcontinent, Indonesia, Mymnar, Thailand, oriental region and North Australia
