Notes
Species complex. Reported from Greece by von Soosten et al. (1998) in the framework of a molecular analysis. Greek specimens differ genetically from those from the type locality (Arcachon Bay), but the authors do not consider the differences significant enough to separate different species ( von Soosten et al. 1998, Westheide and Hass-Cordes 2001).
