Material examined. Total of 42 specimens collected from succulents, including Launaea arborescens , and Tama- rix sp., Euphorbia sp., Bougainvillea sp. and Schefflera sp. at 12 localities: Barranco de la Solapa (25.III.2017), Barranco de las Penitas (05.VIII.2017) , Betancuria (10.02.2017) , Caleta de Fuste (30.III.2017) , Costa Calma (08– 09.II.2017, 12.III.2017, 22.III.2017, 27.III.2017) , El Pinar (25.III.2017) , La Lajita (13.II.2017, 23.II.2017) , La Pared (26.III.2017, 04.VIII.2017) , Montaña Cardon (23.III.2017) , Morro Jable (24.III.2017) , Tarajalejo (24.III.2017) and Vega de Rio Palmas (25.III.2017) .

Distribution. Endemic Macaronesian species, reported from the Canary Islands ( Fürsch 1987; Eizaguirre 2007; Oromí & Báez 2010), the Azores ( Fürsch 1966a, 1987; Soares et al. 2003a) and Madeira ( Bielawski 1963a; Fürsch 1987; Soares et al. 2003b).
