Coccinella decempunctata Linnaeus 1758: 366 .
Material examined. El Pinar 05.VIII.2011, 11 exx. on Pinus canariensis . Two color forms were recorded: forma typica and forma decempustulata, several freshly emerged specimens were not fully colored.
Distribution. The species widely distributed in the Western Palaearctic ( Kovář 2007). New to Fuerteventura. The occurrence in the Canary archipelago is known only from the specimens collected on Tenerife in the first half of the 20th century ( Eizaguirre 2007).
