Cephalolia costaricensis Uhmann, 1930: 229 (type locality: ‘ Hamburg-Farm, Reventazon, Ebene Limon, Costa Rica’ after introduction; ST in SDEI, USNM).

Distribution. Costa Rica: Cartago, Heredia, Limón ( UHMANN 1930, STAINES 1996) and Panama: Bocas del Toro ( STAINES 1996).
