Un tempo coltivata per scopi terapeutici (senapismi), ma oggi infrequente, a livello sia provinciale sia nazionale ( Gastaldo, 1987; Alessandrini et al., 2010; Pignatti et al., 2017 -2019); la sua presenza potrebbe dunque testimoniarne l’antica coltura anche in area modenese.
