Colombia: Antioquia, Bogotá, Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Nariño ( Olivares and Burckhardt 1997; Rendón-Mera et al. 2017), Cuba, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela ( Olivares and Burckhardt 1997).
