Material examined and depository. CAR. Dzanga-Sangha SR, Camp 2, 23.X.2008, P. Annoyer (1♂ holoty- pus) ( BMPC) .

Diagnosis. Arantia gretae n. sp. is a small-sized species, with the base of tegmina black. Very peculiar are one spine at the inner base of cerci, flat and straight cerci, narrow tegmina, long hind femora and very long hind tibiae.

Description. Male. ( Fig. 36 ). General habitus and colour. Predominantly green-brown, leaf-like.Antennal segments reddish, legs yellowish, hind tibiae brown. Base of tegmina black. Head and antennae. Eyes oval-roundish, antennae long and thin. Thorax. Anterior margin of pronotum slightly concave, posterior margin rounded. Lower margin of pronotal lobes with a concavity. Tegmina slightly oval, narrow. The stridulatory area of the left tegmen is

almost straight. Legs. Fore coxae unarmed. Tympana on fore tibiae open on outer, closed on inner side. Fore femora with 8 inner ventral spines, fore tibiae with 4 inner ventral and 3 outer ventral spines. Mid femora unarmed, mid tibiae dorsally with 2 outer spines, 8 spines on outer and inner ventral margins. Hind femora with 4 outer and inner ventral spines, hind tibiae straight with many ventral spines. 2 small spines on the outer knees of hind femora. Abdomen. Cerci are straight and flat, with an acute small spine at the inner base, subgenital plate apically concave, styli present and stout ( Figs. 37–39 ).

Measurements (mm). Body length: 21.0; length of pronotum: 5.8; height of pronotum: 5.0; length of hind femora: 25.3; length of hind tibia: 30.3; length of tegmina: 42.4; width of tegmina: 7.8; length of hind wings: 24.8; length/width tegmina: 5.4; width tegmina/length pronotum: 1.3.

Etymology. Arantia gretae n. sp. is dedicated to Greta Thunberg, Swedish teenage environmental activist, who was able to carry away thousands and thousands of young, explaining them that time is running out to halt climate change caused by human activities. She, with naturalness, has stressed the problem of climate change to politicians of the world. The climate change may have very serious consequences mainly in the tropical areas.

Distribution. A. gretae n. sp. seems a very rare species, at present known only from the Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve in Central African Republic.
