Diagnosis. This species is similar to M. dinguh Song & Kim, 1997 , but can be separated from the latter by: 1) atrium distinct in the new species versus indistinct in M. dinguh ; 2) median plate narrow band-shaped in the new species versus wide plate-shaped in M. dinguh ; 3) ALE smallest in the new species versus as large as PME and PLE in M. dinguh ; 4) the patterns on abdominal dorsum.

Etymology: The specific name comes from the combination of latin prefix “ bi- ” and latin word “ umbonalia ”, meaning “two” and “apophysis” respectively, and referring to the epigyne with two lateral obtuse lobes, adjective in apposition.
