Europe: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia (new record, BOLD, see Fig. 11 View Figure 11 ), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine; Asia: Turkey, Caucasus ( Diškus and Puplesis 2003a; Gozmány 2012; Laštůvka and Laštůvka 2015; Karsholt and van Nieukerken 2017).
Host plants.
Castanea sativa , Quercus cerris , Q. faginea , Q. x hispanica , Q. ithaburensis subsp. macrolepis , Q. petraea , Q. pubescens , Q. robur and Q. rubra ( Diškus and Puplesis 2003a; Ellis 2021).
