Note. This female with subgenital plate long rectangle, posterior margin slightly concaved in middle; ovipositor rather long, thin and straight, with acute apex, which agrees with Karny’s figure (1926: 132) quite well.

Based on male morphology of Xiphidiopsis elaphocerca Karny, 1926 , the elongated epiproct, the proper generic status of this species should not be in Xiphidiopsis , apparently is better to be in Pseudoteratura (Pseudoteratura) than in Dinoteratura , which bears indistinct male epiproct, though pronotum disc without brown and/or yellowish median stripe in dried specimen, male cerci rather simple.
