Comment: the females of this species were originally described by Morini, Colombo & Martín in the proceedings of a meeting “ Actas y Trabajos del primer congreso Sudamericano de Zoología ” in 1959. Rodríguez & Boero (1964) and Boero & Led (1968) consider it a valid species, and described the males.
