Remarks. Under this heading we mention a lot (MCZ 218194) labelled as “ Plekocheilus corticosus gravidior ”, “ holotype ” from “ Colombia,” without further data. Although it is different from P. corticosus and from all known species of Plekocheilus from northern South America, lack of sufficient data prevents further treatment here.
