Type material. LAOS, Champasak Province: Holotype female from Tad Etou , 15.19°N, 106.10°E, 900 m, by night, by hand, 26 November 2009, P. Jäger leg. ( SMF, PJ3231 ) GoogleMaps . Paratype: 1 female, with same data as for holotype ( SMF, PJ3235 ) GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin adjective sacciformis , - is, - e, meaning “saccate”, referring to the shape of LL in ventral view; adjective.

Diagnosis. The female of P. sacciformis Zhang, Jäger & Liu , spec. nov. differs from those of other Pseudopoda members by the following characters: 1) FW laterad (not mediad as in almost all other Pseudopoda species); 2) LL boots-shaped, most anterior point of anterior margins situated in the middle.

FEMALE (CAS0017): Measurements: Small sized. Body length 8.5–9.2, DS length 4.2, width 3.9, OS length 4.3, width 2.7. Eyes: AME 0.16, ALE 0.27, PME 0.20, PLE 0.24, AME–AME 0.16, AME–ALE 0.09, PME–PME 0.19, PME–PLE 0.30, AME–PME 0.27, ALE–PLE 0.25, CH AME 0.37, CH ALE 0.30. Spination: Pp 131, 101, 2121, 1014; Fe I–II 323, III 322, IV 331; Pa I–III 101, IV 000; Ti I–II 2228, III–IV 2126; Mt I–II 3034, III–IV 3036. Measurements of palps and legs: Pp 6.2 (1.8, 0.9, 1.2, –, 2.3); I 18.0 (5.3, 1.8, 5.0, 4.6, 1.3); II 21.7 (5.9, 2.1, 6.5, 5.4, 1.8); III 14.8 (4.7, 1.6, 3.8, 3.6, 1.1); IV 17.3 (5.6, 1.1, 4.4, 4.8, 1.4). Leg formula: II-I-IV-III. Cheliceral furrow with ca. 20 denticles.

Epigyne ( Figs 212A–C View FIGURE 212 ): As in diagnosis. EF wider than long,AB narrow, fused to EF after running indistinctly a short distance anteriorly. Posterior part of LL with two small lateral rims. IDS with spherical structures in anterolateral part, the latter not covered by FW; FW distinctly separated from each other.

Colouration ( Figs 213A–B View FIGURE 213 ): DS light yellow with dark spots, mainly along striae. Fovea distinctly marked by acute “V”. OS dorsally with reddish-brown patches arranged symmetrically in two longitudinal lines, ventrally lighter with several small irregular marks.

MALE: Unknown.

Distribution. Laos (Champasak Province).
