Diagnosis. Palpi yellow; legs black; wings with five distinct white markings at least in R1 cell ( Fig. 10 ); halters black. Epandrium slightly longer than wide, rounded dorsally and truncate ventrally in posterior view ( Fig. 11 ); surstyli large, longer than wide; aedeagus with short and thick anterior projection ( Fig. 12 ).
