Diagnosis. Palpi black; legs black except fore tarsomeres 1–2 yellow; wings with three distinct white markings in R1 cell ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 7 – 9 ); halters black. Surstyli small, nearly three times as long as wide ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 7 – 9 ); aedeagus with a posterodorsal process ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 7 – 9 ); phallapodeme as a slender process attached to posterodorsal portion of aedeagus ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 7 – 9 ).
