Genital segments ( Figs. 14 View FIGURE 14 a–d) strongly sclerotized. Epiproct ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 b) subtriangular. Paraproct semisclerotized, with 38 trichobothria. Endophallus ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 d) strongly sclerotized, external parameres robust, with some punctures on broadened toward apex, and not exceeding apex of aedeagal arch; aedeagal arch narrow. Hypandrium ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 c) sclerotized strongly.

Adult female. Body ( Fig. 13 View FIGURE 13 b) length 2.90 mm, length from postclypeus to wing tip 5.45 mm. IO: 0.43 mm, d: 0.32 mm, IO/d=1.34, f1: 1.11 mm, f2: 1.05 mm, f3: 0.79 mm, FWL: 4.56 mm, FWW: 1.59 mm, HWL: 3.41 mm, HWW: 1.05 mm, t1: 0.52 mm, t2: 0.16 mm.

External valve ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 h) short and robust, almost perpendicular to dorsal valve. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 g) with a broad sclerotized area.

Specimens examined. CHINA ( TAIWAN): Hualien, Pi-lu Sacred Tree (2150 m), 1 male, 3 females, 6.vi.2013, Liang Feiyang.
