O‘ahu: Wai'anae Mountains , Munia-Kanehoa trail, wet fern-covered banks by stream in valley just southeast of trail, [200 m], 26 March 1960, B.C. Stone & G. Pearsall 3263 (holotype: BISH-579783 [BISH1016373, specimen!]) .
