Habitat. GENERALLY CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE HYGROPETRIC FAUNA (I.E. CONFINED TO SPRINGS) . OUR SURVEYS CONFIRMED THE STRONG HYGROPHILOUS NATURE OF THIS SPECIES, bUT SEEM TO SUGGEST THAT THIS SPECIES PREFERS RIVERbEDS OVER SPRINGS.
