Elachistarthronini Notman, 1920: 714 [stem: Elachistarthr-]. Type genus: Elachistarthron Notman, 1920 [syn. of Diestota Mulsant and Rey, 1870]. Comment: incorrect original stem formation, not in prevailing usage; correction of stem by Newton and Thayer (1992: 49).
