Type material examined. Holotype ♁ (coll. no. S082), CHINA: Hainan Island , Panja Town, Songtao Reservoir , 3.IV.2011, leg. A. T. Barrion et al.

Description and diagnosis. See Barrion et al. (2013) for the original description and illustrations. The habitus of the male holotype specimen is presented in Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 and its palpal morphology is given in Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 . The male of O. chunglinchaoi is similar to those of O. apicalis (Simon, 1893) ( Tang et al., 2021: figs 4A–E, 5A–B), but can be distinguished by the cymbiobulbus without a clavate protrusion (vs. with a clavate protrusion in O. apicalis ).
