Distribution. India: NW India, Assam, Meghalaya ( Chandra et al. 2018); Manipur (in the present study). Elsewhere: Nepal ( Sugi 1992); Myanmar, China, Malaysia, Indonesia (Borneo), Japan ( Schintlmeister & Pinratana 2007); Laos ( Kobayashi 2020).
