DISTRIBUTION: Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Type locality, [Zambia], Barotseland, or Western Province and Mpeta, on Loangwa [now Luangwa] River, in Eastern Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): One of the larval foodplants of the taxon is the Metteniusaceae species Apodytes dimidiata E.Mey. ex
Arn.
