LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Petauke, in Eastern Province ; Mkushi, in Central Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Host plants comprise unidentified grasses and Cyperus esculentus L. ( Cyperaceae ) in South Africa ( Pinhey 1975; Schintlmeister & Witt 2015) but not specified or reported for Zambia.
