LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Livingstone, in Southern Province; Mumbwa, in Central Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include Triplochiton scleroxylon K.Schum. (Malvaceae) in Ghana and Theobroma cacao L. ( Sterculiaceae ) and the following Malvaceae species, Cola nitida (Vent.) Schott & Endl. ,
Cola simiarum Sprague ex Brenan & Keay , Cola acuminata (P.Beauv.) Schott & Endl. and Grewia sp. ,
elsewhere in Africa .
