COMMON NAME (S): Saturniid.
SYNONYM(S): Micragone nubifera Bouvier, 1936 .
IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).
DISTRIBUTION: Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Republic of Congo, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Zambia.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Two Annonaceae species namely, Annona cherimola Mill. and Xylopia aethiopica A.Rich. are host plants of the taxon ( Rougeot 1962).
