COMMON NAME (S): Reduced Eggarlet.

DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: A locality in Mid Luangwa valley in Eastern Province ; Lusaka , in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include Gramineae (grasses), Pennisetum purpureum (Poaceae) and the Ebenaceae species yet to be identified, Diospyros sp. and Royena sp.
