DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gambia, Japan, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Namibia , Nigeria, Portugal, Russia, Siera Leone, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chingola, in Copperbelt Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Host plants of the taxon include: two Salicaceae species ( Salix pentandra L. and Populus ciliate Wall. ex
