Ö: polylektisch, univoltin, nistet unterirdisch, meist in verlassenen Kleinsäugernestern ( WESTRICH 1989).
V: Die "Helle Erdhummel" ist häufig, in Europa weit verbreitet von Tallagen bis in die alpine Stufe ( WESTRICH 1989; NEUMAYER & KOFLER 2005).
