Type species: S. mirabilissimus Uéno and Wang, 1991 .
Distribution. Guizhou Province (Guiyang, Liupanshui, Anshun and Qiannan) and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Hechi), China. This is the first record of a cave-adapted trechine beetle in Guiyang, Guizhou Province ( Fig. 1 View Fig ).
