Material examined. Russia: PK, Gornotaezhnoe , MTS, 43.69N, 132.15E, 152 m alt., Lonicera maackii , 23.VII.2016, 1 male (reared from leaf mine), 55.3 / [23Pr-2016-male] ( Fig. 4I View FIGURE 4 , 8A View FIGURE 8 ), deposited in GoogleMaps SIF.
Leaf mine. The mine is similar to the European species Phyllonorycter emberizaepenella ( Ellis 2018) . Strongly contracted blotch on the lower side of the leaf, often covers a significant part of the leaf. Pupation in the mine.
Trophic specialization. Monophagous on Lonicera : L. edulis Turcz. ex Freyn , L. maackii (Rupr.) Maxim. , L. praeflorens Batalin (Caprifoliaceae) ( Ermolaev 1986a, 1987).
Distribution. Russia: RFE—PK, SO (Kuril Islands) (Baryshnikova 2016).
