Description. With the characteristics of the genus. Length 3.9 mm, maximum width of prothorax 1.3 mm, width at humeri 1.3 mm. Legs uniformly castaneous. Prothorax with sides slightly unevenly convex, widest at basal third, lateral carinae crenulate, disc evenly convex. Pterothorax. Elytra with very low basal tumosities followed by very shallow depression. Abdomen. Aedeagal parameres simple. Female unknown. Larva unknown.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality in open eucalypt forest.
Type specimen: Holotype ♂: NSW: 30o29’42”S, 152o21’27” Point Lookout Rd, radar beacon, 1390m, 13–14 Nov 2008, G. Monteith. Pyrethrum, trees, open for. ( QMBA T 228902).
